ISHRS Congress App

Be on the lookout for an email from Melanie Stancampiano at
with the subject line: ISHRS Meetings – App Login Details

If you have the app on your phone or device from a previous meeting, please delete it and re-download it.

3-LAUNCH the app. Open the app, and under “Latest Events” click on “ISHRS Nov 1-4, 2023.”

4-ENTER YOUR DETAILS Log in using the email address you used to register for the congress and the password you received via email. Click login.

5-EXPLORE THE APP After going through the initial security and settings screens, you may update your profile and further explore the app.

  • If you have the app on your phone or device from a previous meeting, please delete it and re-download it.
  • Be sure to enable and allow push notifications on the app to receive important reminders throughout the congress.
  • CSI presentations are easily viewed in both the app and on the recorded meeting website. Each CSI presenter could create a poster, a video, or both.
  • We will use the app throughout the live sessions for Audience Response and Live Questions & Answers, so bring your phone or iPad with a full charge each day.

Inside the congress app, when you click on schedule you can view the schedule by day, presentation title, or speaker. The “Browse by Day” option will mirror the program guide. You can organize your personal schedule by clicking the star symbol next to the sessions/talks you plan to attend. This will copy that session/talk over to “My Schedule” which you may view for a snapshot of your day. Please note, adding a session in the app is not the same as registering for a course. Tickets for the courses and events which require separate tickets must be purchased at the ISHRS registration desk.

Attendees are invited to submit questions to speakers within the congress app. Instructions to do this:

  • Open the session for which you are participating.
  • Tap on “Q+A” in the black bar at the bottom of the page.
  • Tap “Ask Question”
  • Address your question to the speaker you wish to answer the question.
  • Listen to the live or recorded session to see if the speaker addresses your question.
  • Watch for written answers to submitted questions within the app as well.

The recorded meeting website is live, and holds much of the same information as can be found in the congress app. Following the live meeting in Delhi, this website will be populated with the recorded sessions.
